Her top is essentially a singlet/front-lace-up-corset with one long sleeve and a hood at the back.
:bulletbrown: Her hair was supposed to be brown with purple streaks...damn scanner.
Yes they are blue cons.
Yes her skirt is green and then fades to yellow.
